I don't like to burn my hands. I also hate when my drink gets cold. I found this cozy and it was a hit with me right away. Plus it gives my drink a little fashion.

Pretty Pink With Flowers

I had a chance to make this pretty pink hat for a six year old.. I asked her what she wanted me to make her and she said a pink hat. How easy pink hats are my favorite and in some ruffles and you have me. I just hope she likes it...

Ruffles and Flowers!!!!

I had so much fun working on this little hat I just love adding ruffles on anything. I guess that comes from having little girls. Patterns have been giving me such a hard time lately. I hope that it gets better soon.

I'm Back

After being sick and just feeling blah... I'm back to crocheting and knitting my life a way. I have finished just a few hats in the last three weeks I'm having so much fun trying different stitches. I really hope to finish a lot more projects. I think I' m going to try some booties and socks next..

Add some knitting

I have been have so much fun with my crochet but, I was in the middle of a blue hat and it is still frustrating me to death so I decided I needed to change things up for a minute. So I went to knitting. I did a couple of hats and there are so cute. I don't know why this blue hat is giving such heartache I wanted to make it into a dinosaur but I can't get the spikes right.

Pretty in White

I made this little hat for a new baby that goes to my church. I love making gifts for people. Trying to put a personal touch on things makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. I decided not to put any flowers on it I think with the ruffle it's pretty cute.

Cherry's Cherry's and More Cherry's

This is my cherry hat. I was really obsessed with cherries for years I guess I still am. This little hat is for about a 6 months to a one year old baby girl it is so much fun. I love creating my own kind of hat. Just like with cooking I can never stick to the recipe. I think my next project is going to be something white and pretty. I guess with two little girls I always lean towards the Lacie things.

Purple Hat

I'm so happy with this hat. It took a couple of extra days making it. This yarn kept getting wound up. I was so upset Curses were on the tip of my tongue. At least the finished product is super cute.

On With the Show

SO many baby's are going to be around so I hope that it can make a little something to bring a smile out.

Baby Hats

I went for my first set of baby hats.I had a lot of fun making the little bear hat. My pink hat I was read to trough in the towel this yarn has been the hardest to work with. In the store I thought how cute it was and how fast I could do a project I was mistaken. Let's just say I won't be buying it for a while. I still have not followed a pattern all the to the end. I must be a person that can't follow directions.

My First Project

I thought I would start out showing everyone where I started from. My first project came after a surgery that I had.I was bed bound for 4 weeks after so my best mom in law thought of giving me something to keep my hands and mind busy.I call it my blanket with wings. I know now that you have to watch where each row starts so you don't get the winged look.

My Crochet Road

One year ago I picked up my first needle and have never looked back. My crochet path takes in different places but,I can't wait to get there.
